Product Description:  

l The entire suit consists of protective clothing, chemical boots, protective gloves, etc. There is a backpack on the back of the clothing, which can be worn with positive pressure fire-fighting air breathing apparatus. It has excellent flame retardant and heat insulation, biochemical protection and barrier, and durability performance.

l 

l Clothing style: Consists of two fully enclosed garments. The outer layer is a glass fiber aluminum-plated heat insulation protective suit, with light and soft fabric.

l Inner garment: Adopts an airtight chemical protective suit, fully enclosed type, built-in self-contained air breathing apparatus design. All side seams adopt an inner and outer double-layer heat-sealed tape weld structure, which can defend against a variety of hazardous chemicals.

l Outer garment: Adopts glass fiber and other aluminum-platedheat insulation materials, which can resist more than 95% of radiant heat, and can protect against radiant heat, ambient heat and contact heat, flash fire and deflagration heat insulation and other properties. It has excellent flame retardant, heat insulation and durability. It has no delamination or cracks after 10,000 folds; at the same time, the afterflame time is less than 2 seconds, and the damage length is less than 10cm.

l Inner fully enclosed airtight chemical protective suit, the material is compounded from a special chemical-resistantmaterial and modified PVCcomposite material, which can defend against a variety of hazardous chemicals, meeting domestic and foreign standards, the requirements of XF770-2008 *Firefighter Chemical Protective Clothing* standard and GB24540-2009 national standard. It can protect against high-risk toxic gases and common chemical gases, and the protection time against mustard gas "liquid-gas" is more than 24 hours.

It has excellent chemical barrier performance, with a grammage ≤340g/m2. Physical properties: wear resistance ≥ grade 6; flexing resistance ≥ grade 2;

puncture resistance ≥ grade 2; trapezoidal tearing strength ≥ grade 6; breaking strength ≥ grade 4; fabric and seam strength ≥ 640N

l Extra-wide face shield, made of high-quality PVC soft face screen coated with Teflon and chemical-resistant coating, with clear vision and excellent chemical resistance. There is a backpack on the back of the clothing, with double exhaust valves, which can be worn with positive pressure fire-fighting air breathing apparatus, and an additional belt is equipped inside the clothing.

l Two-layer glove system, the outer layer is cut-resistant and high-temperature resistant gloves, the inner layer is composite membrane chemical-resistant gloves, which can provide high-level chemical and biological agent protection at the same time. The protective gloves are connected to the chemical protective suit through a special connecting device and meet the overall airtightness requirements

l Chemical protective boot performance: Boot sole puncture resistance: ≥1400N; Rubber boot electrical insulation performance: ≥5000V, leakage current <3mA; Acid penetration resistance: no penetration; Alkali penetration resistance: no penetration; Anti-slip performance: ≥15 degrees.
